Upon completion of the installation and any subsequent maintenance services, the Contractor shall remove all tools, equipment, surplus materials, and debris from the facility. The Contractor shall restore all affected workspaces, walls, floors, and utility connections to a condition equal to or better than that which existed prior to the start of work. Any damage to Government property caused by the Contractor's personnel or operations shall be repaired or replaced with Government standards at the Contractor's sole expense.

1.7 Safety: The Contractor shall follow all federal, state and local regulations for all safety requirements during the performance of this contract.
