About this file
The document is an attachment from the U.S. General Services Administration containing detailed National Stock Number (NSN) Item Product Descriptions (IPD) for office supplies, hardware, maintenance, and janitorial items intended for INDOPACOM - Guam. The comprehensive catalog includes extensive specifications for over 50 different items, such as data entry mice, field books, pens, markers, paper, toner cartridges, and various writing instruments, with precise technical details like dimensions, materials, colors, packaging requirements, and environmental protections.
Each product description follows a standard format including item name, in-accordance-with (I.A.W.) reference, dimensional specifications, usage design, material composition, and specific features. The document emphasizes procurement preferences for recovered and post-consumer materials, with contractors required to certify minimum percentages of recycled content. Additionally, the descriptions include detailed packaging instructions, marking requirements for civilian and military destinations, palletization guidance, quality assurance standards, and shelf life specifications, reflecting the U.S. government's comprehensive approach to standardized equipment procurement.
