(vi) Special Warfare Airmen (SWA) and Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) members of the Idaho Air National Guard (ID ANG) must operate at the pinnacle of physical and mental capability to successfully execute their demanding mission sets. Identifying and securing individuals capable of meeting these rigorous standards requires an elite, specialized recruitment strategy comparable to high-level talent acquisition and athletic scouting programs. To address critical pipeline challenges and sustain the long-term operational readiness of the "human weapon system," the IDANG requires an immersive, turnkey recruiting event designed to attract, screen, and engage top-tier candidates. This event will serve as a targeted evaluation and engagement platform, introducing pre-screened applicants to the physical and mental demands of the Special Warfare career field while evaluating their potential to succeed in the training pipeline. By executing a professionally managed, high-impact athletic and recruiting experience, the IDANG ensures only the most qualified, resilient candidates are brought in, establishing the foundation for mission success from day one.
