The project involves installing a new 115-mil fleece-back EPDM membrane roof system covering approximately 67,422 square feet, with the base bid limited to Roof Area 5 and remaining roof areas available as an alternate. A mandatory pre-bid meeting was held on August 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Brick Mill Elementary School, followed by a site walkthrough. Sealed bids are due on August 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Marion Proffitt Training Center, 118 South Sixth Street, Odessa, Delaware 19730.
