ARFQ DCR2500000066 - Exhibit B - Monitoring Locations.xlsx

This is an Exhibit B document detailing radiation monitoring locations for the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation (ARFQ DCR2500000066). The exhibit identifies 33 correctional and detention facilities throughout West Virginia requiring radiation monitoring services, including adult correctional centers, regional jails, and juvenile detention centers. The monitoring locations are distributed across the state and include facilities such as Beckley Correctional Center, Charleston Correctional Center, Huttonsville Correctional Center, and Lakin Correctional Center, among others. Each facility has multiple designated badge locations for radiation monitoring, with most facilities requiring monitoring at entrances (lobbies), mail rooms, intake areas, administrative areas, and control rooms. In total, the contract encompasses monitoring at approximately 145 individual badge locations across all facilities, with each facility maintaining primary monitoring stations and spare locations to ensure continuous safety compliance.

The document serves as a comprehensive reference guide for the contractor responsible for managing and maintaining radiation monitoring equipment and personnel dosimetry badge services across the West Virginia Department of Corrections system. The specific badge placement locations indicate that the contractor must establish and maintain a distributed network of monitoring stations capable of tracking radiation exposure across multiple high-traffic areas within each facility, including visitor processing areas, mail handling areas, and administrative offices. No pricing, timeline, award date, or contract term information is provided in this exhibit, as it functions solely as a spatial reference document for the scope of monitoring services required throughout the correctional system.
