About this file
This addendum clarifies specifications for a Commercial Laundry Equipment Project Request for Quotation issued by West Virginia for the Gene Spadaro Juvenile Center. The project involves the procurement and installation of commercial laundry equipment, with a mandatory pre-bid meeting required for all prospective bidders. Installation may be performed on any day of the week with no restrictions, and bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM Eastern Standard Time on June 9, 2026.
Key specification clarifications include a correction to Section 1.01(B), subsection 2(g), which now specifies that disconnects are not thirty-six inches from the back of commercial tumble dryers, rather than commercial washer extractors as originally stated. Prospective bidders must sign in on the mandatory pre-bid attendance sheet as a required condition of participation.
