About this file

This document is an Appendix J Bid Opportunity List from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. It provides instructions for prime contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and subconsultants to complete and submit a form that lists all firms participating or attempting to participate on DOT-assisted contracts. The form requires information such as the name and contact details of the bidder, their DBE status, age of the firm, type of work, and annual gross receipts. This list is intended to track all firms, including DBEs and non-DBEs, that bid on prime contracts or bid/quote on subcontracts and materials/supplies for DOT-assisted projects.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for a Countywide Shared Ride Taxi Program in Door County, Wisconsin. The current service is called Door 2 Door Rides. No additional details are provided about the specific requirements, response dates, award dates, or contract term.
