About this file

This is a pricing appendix for a secondary contractor solicitation involving the production of instant lottery tickets and related gaming materials. The document establishes comprehensive pricing schedules for eight ticket sizes (Size A through Size H), ranging from 4.00" x 2.50" to 4.00" x 12.00", across various pack sizes and laminate thicknesses (.5MM through 20MM). Contractors must submit pricing in cost-per-thousand format to two decimal places, with mandatory price decreases of at least $0.05 as quantities increase within columns and prices either remaining constant or increasing as ticket sizes increase from left to right. The solicitation requires pricing for initial ticket orders, reorders, and additional pack sizes beyond those specified, with intermediate quantities to be determined through interpolation.

The document mandates that secondary contractors provide pricing for an extensive array of ticket and game features, including neon display inks, metallic display inks, perforated stubs with and without imaging, thermal inks, color imaging, games (passive and probability-based), holographic stock, two-sided printing, die-cut capabilities, and other specialized features. Contractors must also submit separate pricing for bar-coded coupons and lottery bucks in sizes ranging from 4.00" x 2.50" to 4.00" x 8.00" across quantities from 25,000 to 500,000 units. The solicitation includes a section on Instant Ticket Vending Machine (ITVM) pricing for up to 900 units, which will not be evaluated. All pricing not identified in the contractor's response becomes the sole responsibility of the contractor to provide at no additional cost.
