About this file
This document is an instructional guide for submitting quotes through the COMMBUYS procurement platform for the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care's request for training services. The opportunity seeks onsite CPR, First Aid, and AED device training for approximately 140 employees across regional offices located in Worcester, Quincy, and Boston. The selected vendor must provide qualified facilitators, all necessary training materials and resources, and maintain accurate attendance documentation for reporting purposes.
The guide provides step-by-step instructions for vendors to navigate the COMMBUYS system, including account login procedures, bid search functionality using the last five digits of the COMMBUYS bid number, and the quote creation process. Vendors must acknowledge the terms and conditions, complete the general information tab with promise dates and contact information, review line items, upload required attachments with properly formatted file names, and submit the quote through the platform. The document emphasizes that file names must contain only supported characters and that quote submission cannot be completed without acknowledgment of the terms and conditions. No specific pricing information, set-aside provisions, incumbent details, funding amounts, or contract term details are provided in this instructional appendix.
