About this file
This document contains a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for an industrial plant equipment maintenance program. The QASP outlines twelve maintenance and reporting tasks to be performed by the contractor, along with performance standards and acceptable quality levels for each task. Key tasks include annual preventive maintenance, certification and calibration testing, corrective maintenance response within allotted timeframes, on-the-job training for maintenance personnel, and provision of consumables and maintenance reports. The QASP specifies surveillance methods for each task to be used by the Contracting Officer's Representative, and defines acceptable performance as satisfactory or unsatisfactory. A deliverables schedule outlines nine contract data requirement lists with frequency of submission and copies required for items such as service reports, maintenance reports, certification reports, quality plans and inspections, and completion certificates.
