About this file

This is an appendix specification document supporting a solicitation for road repair and stabilization work on Carswell Avenue. The specification provides detailed technical requirements and standards for the construction and repair activities outlined in the Phase III Statement of Work. Without access to the complete specification content in the provided excerpt, the document appears to establish performance standards, material specifications, quality requirements, and construction methodologies necessary for contractors to understand and execute the repair project. The specification would typically address items such as pavement conditions, drainage improvements, pothole remediation, surface treatments, and safety standards required to bring Carswell Avenue to acceptable driving conditions and eliminate water ponding issues. Contractors responding to solicitation FA301626B0001 issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command would need to review this specification in conjunction with the Phase III SOW to develop compliant proposals and accurate cost estimates for the road stabilization work.
