About this file

This is an Amendment of Solicitation (SF 30, Amendment 0001) issued by the W92D Endist New England KO Contracting Division on February 17, 2026, for solicitation W912WJ26QA044. The amendment extends the solicitation closing deadline from February 17, 2026 to February 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern. The amendment is necessary to provide responses to questions submitted by industry regarding the solicitation requirements.

The amendment includes ten questions and responses addressing key project requirements. Contractors must follow Connecticut guidelines per the S520 Guide for Professional Mold Remediation as stated in the Performance Work Statement, though out-of-state firms may perform the work if they comply with these guidelines. The project involves mold remediation work at the Colebrook River Lake office, which has been tested and confirmed to contain mold. The work is subject to prevailing wage requirements. Contractors must possess a pesticide applicator certification (not required to be Connecticut-based) and include work in the utility room near electrical components. The building will remain occupied during remediation. No PPE or safety approvals are required for site visits. Prospective contractors must complete and submit the Solicitation Survey 26QA044 with their quote submission to be considered responsive, along with copies of required certifications as referenced in FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
