About this file
Amendment No. 2 to OregonBuys Bid Number S-P23007-0014038 is a clarification document issued by Four Rivers Community School on June 30, 2025, regarding a Cafeteria/Kitchen Remodel project. The amendment delineates equipment procurement responsibilities between the school and bidders by specifying that the school will purchase and provide four items: one three-compartment sink, one garbage disposal unit, one hot water heater, and one ventilation hood. Bidders are instructed to exclude the costs of these four equipment items from their proposals but remain responsible for coordinating with the school on installation and ensuring proper integration of all equipment with the proposed design and systems. Additionally, the school will be responsible for all painting work in the kitchen and cafeteria areas, and bidders must exclude painting costs from their proposals, though coordination with the school may be necessary to align painting completion with overall project timelines.
All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original RFP remain unchanged by this amendment. This clarification ensures bidders understand the scope boundaries and cost allocation structure for the cafeteria and kitchen remodel project at Four Rivers Community School.
