The original RFR was issued on May 17, 2019 and subsequently amended on May 31, 2019. It seeks to procure services from qualified vendors to develop, implement, maintain, and support an Online Initial Licensing Application integrated with BORIM's existing applications, as well as to provide Managed Support Services for BORIM's Applications Portfolio. The RFR is being issued by the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) on behalf of BORIM.
