About this file

This document is an Amendment 1 to the Amended and Restated Request for Responses (RFR) for the COVID-19 Strategic Testing Expansion Program (STEP) issued by the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) of Massachusetts. The amendment changes the deadline for submitting applications for Authorized Sites Bidders from July 10, 2020 to July 14, 2020. Additionally, it adds a new section announcing a Bidders' teleconference to be held on July 7, 2020, where EOHHS will answer questions regarding the RFR and the evaluation process. The initial contract term is until December 31, 2020, with the possibility of extensions up to 18 additional months.

The RFR seeks applications from eligible bidders to serve as specimen collection and test resulting providers for the COVID-19 Strategic Testing Expansion Program. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis. No other pricing, set-aside, incumbent, or funding details are provided in this amendment.
