About this file
This document is an amendment to the Amended and Restated Request for Responses (RFR) for the COVID-19 Strategic Testing Expansion Program (STEP), issued by the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) in Massachusetts. The RFR solicits applications from eligible bidders to serve as specimen collection and test resulting providers for the STEP program. The initial contract term is anticipated to run until December 31, 2020, with possible extensions of up to 18 additional months. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
The amendment modifies the RFR by removing the requirement for each section and attachment of the response document to be separated by a tabbed page. Instead, the response document must now contain a table of contents. No other details about pricing, funding, set-asides, or incumbents are provided in the amendment.
