About this file
This document is Amendment #1 to Solicitation RFP91203JAH issued by the Department of Procurement Services for the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB). The amendment modifies the scope of the PMIS Implementation Project, which seeks a qualified implementation partner for a Project Management Information System (PMIS) based on the Kahua platform. The key change increases the data migration requirement from 30 projects to 60 projects, encompassing the migration of budgets, documents, contracts, and invoices. The amendment was issued on January 23, 2026, and vendors are required to adjust their bids accordingly to reflect the expanded scope. Vendors must complete Appendix H acknowledging receipt of this amendment and any future amendments, and the completed acknowledgment form must be included in the vendor response.
No specific response deadline, solicitation due date, award date, or contract term information is provided in this amendment document. Vendors with questions regarding the amendment should contact jhitch@umaryland.edu. Pricing adjustments, set-asides, incumbent contractor status, funding amounts, and other commercial terms are not specified in this amendment and would be addressed in the original RFP solicitation document.
