The amendment updates both the Introduction section and Exhibit I (Scope of Work and Specifications) of the original RFP but does not include any pricing terms, set-asides, or funding requirements. The document primarily focuses on technical specifications and timeline requirements for the vessel maintenance project. The work will be performed by a DOC-selected service and inspection vendor, though specific vendor details are not provided in this amendment.
