This is a pre-bid sign-in sheet for the Switzerland Park Project in Colorado, documenting attendees at a bidders conference held on September 9, 2026. The document serves as an attendance record for the pre-bid meeting related to the PKAA (Parks and Public Areas, or similar municipal department) project, establishing a formal record of interested parties who participated in the project briefing and site visit coordination.

The sign-in sheet captures participant information including company names, representative names, and contact details for vendors and contractors considering submission of bids for the Switzerland Park Project. This pre-bid conference represents a critical juncture in the procurement process, allowing potential bidders to gather project details, ask clarifying questions, and conduct site familiarization prior to proposal submission. The attendance documentation serves as evidence of bidder engagement and may be referenced during bid evaluation or protest procedures.
