The solicitation requests quotes for dust collector equipment including three SWX-S blower units with arms, three 3-4.5 foot telescoping dual arm add-ons, six Miller 6" telescopic extraction arms, six Miller 6" extraction arm mounting kits, one ductwork package with laser-welded seams, one spark cooler, and delivery and installation services. A mandatory pre-quote walkthrough is required on November 2, 2016, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time at the CCD Advanced Manufacturing Center located at 2570 31st Street, Denver, Colorado. The quote due date is November 10, 2016, at 2:00 PM Mountain Time, with submission via fax to 303-556-2093 or email to john.daly@ahec.edu. The purchasing agent is John C. Daly. AHEC intends to award to one vendor, and all quoted costs must remain firm for 90 days after the quote due date. The resulting purchase order or contract will be effective from the date of award through approximately January 10, 2017, with awarded costs remaining firm through the purchase order expiration.

All costs must be submitted on the provided cost sheet and include shipping, handling, and all delivery charges on an FOB Destination basis with no additional packing or drayage charges permitted. Vendors must provide a Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), a completed W-9 form, and a Vendor Mailing Address Form with their response. Cost is the primary evaluation factor, and AHEC will award on an all-or-none basis without splitting the quote among vendors. Brand name or equivalent products are acceptable; however, if equivalents are quoted, vendors must provide brand names, model numbers, complete specifications, product data sheets, and warranty information. Vendors must confirm their ability to meet the January 10, 2017, completion date or provide an alternative completion date with their quote. All items must be new and come in original manufacturer's packaging. AHEC reserves the right to reject all quotes, cancel the solicitation, or make awards to other vendors in the competitive range if the awarded vendor fails to perform satisfactorily.
