The specific effective date, consultant identity, payment amount, and detailed schedule are to be completed in the agreement.
The payment terms provide that the City shall compensate the consultant according to fees and rates identified in Appendix B, with the total payment not to exceed a specified amount that is inclusive of all out-of-pocket expenses including transportation, lodging, meals, materials, phone, postage, and mileage. The consultant must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including commercial general liability of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, commercial automobile liability of $1,000,000 combined single limit, workers' compensation and employers' liability insurance, and errors and omissions/professional liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
