The document emphasizes that Agilent Technologies, Inc. is identified as the exclusive source for parts and software, using proprietary tools for diagnosis and repair. The sole source notice allows for other suppliers to submit product information, qualifications, or capabilities within a seven-business-day period if they believe they can provide equivalent services. Only Agilent factory parts are to be used for any maintenance or repair, and any work performed must not invalidate existing warranty or service contracts between the City of St. Petersburg and Agilent Technologies, Inc.
