Response to Questions December 7, 2015

Question # 1: Would it be possible for the base year to get the name of the Counties and # of plots for each County. Or the City/Township with # of plots. This would be very helpful in planning schedules and estimating travel time and required manpower. It's understood that future years could have additional areas and/or concentrations of traps.

Response: The sampling design generated by the APHIS PPQ survey, which identifies cell locations for the placement of traps is not available. (Section 3.0, Trap Placement.)

This solicitation will result in an indefinite‐delivery indefinite‐quantity type contract. Work will be ordered through the issuance of individual task orders as the requirements of the USDA are defined.

Each task order will include the specific requirements related to the work covered by the task order.

Please refer to the following clauses:

52.216‐18, Ordering 52.216‐19, Order Limitations 52.216‐22, Indefinite Quantity 452.216‐73 Minimum and Maximum Contract Amounts See also “Notes To Quoters”.

Question # 2: Do you anticipate that trap locations will change from year to year?

Response: Yes
