Should a hazard be subsequently identified, the Government will correct OSHA hazards according to Government developed and approved plans of abatement taking into account safety and health priorities. A higher priority for correction will not be assigned to the facilities provided hereunder merely because of this contracting initiative. Compliance with the OSHA and other applicable laws and regulations for the protection of employees is exclusively the obligation of the contractor. No alterations to the facilities shall be made without specific written permission from the Contracting Officer.
