About this file
The Affirmative Action Certification document is associated with the Kenton County Airport Board's Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport project, specifically related to the 2025 Fall Protection Systems Installation contract. The project involves a bid solicitation for fall protection system installation, with a pre-bid meeting and site visit scheduled for Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 10:00 am at the CVG Centre Administrative Offices in Erlanger, Kentucky. Potential bidders must submit questions by 11:59 pm on Monday, August 11, 2025, with answers to be posted by Thursday, August 14, 2025. Sealed bids are due by Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 2:00 pm, with no bids accepted after that time unless an addendum is issued by the Kenton County Airport Board.
The certification document includes a mandatory equal opportunity compliance section, requiring bidders to disclose their previous participation in contracts subject to specific executive orders and to submit compliance reports. Bidders must indicate whether they have previously submitted required compliance reports and may need to file an Employee Information Report (Standard Form 100) prior to contract award. While specific pricing details are not provided in this document, the certification suggests a formal procurement process with strict adherence to equal opportunity employment guidelines and reporting requirements.
