About this file
This is a sample layout document for advanced flagging procedures related to an On-Call Region 2 Paving Price Agreement series project in Oregon. The document appears to be a visual guide or template for implementing flagging techniques on paving projects, specifically demonstrating proper placement and configuration of traffic control flags and markers used during road construction and maintenance activities.
The document serves as a reference standard for bidders and contractors participating in the Region 2 Paving RFB for I-5 Intermittent Inlay Paving (MP 199.31-203.55) to ensure consistent and compliant flagging practices. This resource is intended to clarify flagging requirements and best practices for contractors submitting bids under the On-Call Region 2 Paving Price Agreement, which restricts bidding to current price agreement holders only. The layout sample establishes uniform standards for traffic control implementation across paving projects to maintain safety and operational consistency.
