About this file

This administrative review document pertains to Print Fulfillment Services being solicited by the Georgia Department of Revenue (DOR). The DOR seeks qualified suppliers to manage comprehensive print fulfillment operations serving multiple internal divisions including Audits, Compliance, Taxpayer Services, Motor Vehicle, Local Government Services, Alcohol Tobacco, Finance, and participating county tag offices. The scope of work encompasses approximately 200 different letter types with an estimated annual print volume of 17 million documents, plus approximately 879 thousand documents annually for paper check refunds. The selected supplier will be required to provide multiple system interfaces to support DOR's operational divisions and manage all aspects of the print fulfillment process for the state agency.

The document indicates this is a single-award contract opportunity with the supplier expected to handle the complete fulfillment services portfolio for the state department. No specific pricing terms, response deadlines, site visit requirements, bidder conferences, or contract term details are provided in this administrative review file. The scope suggests a significant operational undertaking given the volume of documents and the number of divisions requiring service integration, indicating this represents a critical operational function for the Georgia Department of Revenue's document management and distribution needs.
