About this file
This is Addendum No. 07 for DCF ITN 2223 009, issued by the Florida Department of Children and Families' Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH) for Behavioral Health Services Managing Entity in the Northwest Region. The addendum makes two key changes to the original solicitation: it pushes back the anticipated contract start date from September 1, 2024 to July 1, 2025, and extends the anticipated posting date of the intended contract award from August 12, 2024 to November 1, 2024. The contract term remains five years, with renewal options subject to Florida Statute 287.057(14).
The addendum does not include any changes to pricing terms, funding requirements, or other financial aspects of the contract. It solely focuses on timeline adjustments for the award and implementation of the contract. The contract opportunity covers behavioral health services management for 16 counties in Florida's Northwest Region, including Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Wakulla, Walton, and Washington Counties.
