About this file

This document is an addendum to an Invitation to Bid (RFB-156-24) issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Department for Facilities and Support Services Division of Engineering and Contract Administration for the Cottages 111, 112 & 117 Renovations Phase II project at the Oakwood Intermediate Care Facility in Pulaski County, Kentucky. The project scope includes renovations to three cottages, with all three cottages to be vacated and made available to the General Contractor at the start of construction. The addendum provides clarifications and changes to the original bid documents, including details on submitting questions, contractor coordination with the Owner's Commissioning Agent, and information on the lack of prevailing wage requirements. It also includes specific updates to the architectural and demolition plans, as well as changes to the specified finishes and materials.

The addendum does not contain information on pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding, or other financial details. It primarily focuses on providing technical clarifications and modifications to the project scope and requirements outlined in the original bid documents.
