About this file
Summary
This is Addendum No. 2 to RFP HR-26-707, issued by the City of Long Beach Department of Financial Management on October 7, 2026, regarding Classification & Compensation Study Services. The addendum modifies the original RFP timeline by establishing two key dates: Questions and Answers posting on October 15, 2026, and proposal submission deadline of 11:00 a.m. on October 29, 2026. Proposers are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing and submitting it with their proposals; failure to do so may result in disqualification. The City emphasizes that it will not be bound by any oral communications or information occurring outside the official communication process unless confirmed in writing by the City Contact, as specified in Section 5.2.27 of the original RFP.
The document contains no information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or contract values. These details are not addressed in this addendum, which serves solely as a procedural update to established timelines for the Classification & Compensation Study Services procurement.
