About this file
This document is an Addendum No. 2 issued by the Village of Scarsdale for the Sanitation Yard Vehicle Scale project, identified as VM Contract #1321. The addendum addresses two key bidder questions regarding a vehicle scale installation at the Scarsdale Sanitation Yard. Specifically, the document provides clarification on the totalizer location for hydraulic tubing calculations and confirms the requirement for Professional Engineer (PE) stamped drawings for the truck scale, which will be reviewed by the Owner's Consulting Engineer.
The addendum indicates that detailed information about the totalizer location can be obtained from the scale manufacturer specified in Section 119313 of the project specifications, with additional details available through product substitution procedures. The bidder is responsible for installing the scale on a concrete foundation provided by others, using dimensions specified in the project bid documents. No specific pricing, funding sources, or contract terms are detailed in this addendum, which appears to be a supplementary document to clarify technical specifications for potential bidders on the vehicle scale project.
