About this file

This is Addendum No. 2 to Request for Proposal DOT-RFP-27-4001-CO issued by the Florida Department of Transportation District Four, revising the timeline for district-wide title search and examination services. The mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for May 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM at FDOT District Four headquarters located at 3400 West Commercial Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The deadline for submission of technical questions has been extended to June 3, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with proposals due electronically to D4.Purch@dot.state.fl.us by June 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM. The public opening for technical proposals will occur on June 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the same Fort Lauderdale location. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by completing and returning the provided form with their bid submission by the proposal opening date and time, with failure to do so potentially subject to disqualification.

All bidders are required to submit both technical and price proposals and must be registered in Florida's MyFloridaMarketplace system prior to submission. Vendors with active FDOT Department contracts not expiring within 12 months are ineligible, and vendors cannot hold more than one active district-wide contract with the Department simultaneously. The contract anticipates a five-year term through August 13, 2031, with renewal options for up to three additional years, subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance. The Department has established a maximum budgetary limitation of $1,050,000 for the contract term, with all unit prices and billing rates encompassing all costs associated with service delivery.
