About this file

This Addendum No. 2 document issued by the San Bernardino County Flood Control District clarifies specifications and requirements for Request for Proposal No. PWG126-ADMIN-6296 for professional land surveying services on the Del Rosa Channel project in San Bernardino. The addendum addresses bidder questions regarding topographic data collection methodologies, pickup survey locations, survey control documentation, feature library requirements, and site limit extents. Key clarifications include confirmation that ground survey is required as the primary data collection method, that GPS and aerial survey methodologies may be used where appropriate (though GPS is typically not used on hard surfaces), that pickup refers to additional areas of topo collection beyond the 2024 ground survey completed by the County Surveyor's Office, and that survey data collection must include parking lots and building structures within specified red boundary limits per the Survey Limits Map. The addendum provides four attachments including updated External Topo Standards, Del Rosa Channel Field Survey Notes, CAD files, and ground control data, which must be considered in conjunction with existing RFP documents during proposal preparation.

Bidders are required to submit a detailed fee proposal in accordance with Attachment E (Fee Proposal Sheet) at the time of proposal submission, and must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 2 with a signed Bidder's Certification completed by the same individual authorized to sign the proposal. Any proposal submitted without the executed Bidder's Certification will not be accepted. The addendum clarifies that exceptions noted in Attachment H include exceptions to both the County and the District requirements. All attachments are provided separately through the ePro procurement system. The revised proposal submission deadline is 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026, via email through the ePro System.
