Question #1: Is the 150 days adjustable? An original bronze of this size typically takes 9-12 month for sculpting, molding, and casting (completion).

Questions for the Standard Written Agreement

With regards to 1.C: We plan on using an existing mold for this project. Because the FDOT will not own the mold, FDOT cannot copyright the alligator statue. Is this understood and excepted for this project?

1.F: How will this be applicable to creating a artistic bronze sculpture?

5.B : The mold used to make the statue will not be the property of the FDOT and therefore the FDOT does not own the copyright to the Alligator statue. Is this understood and excepted for this project?

1.C - Yes, we understand.

1.F - Standard Written Agreement; this is the Department standardized contractual agreement language.

5.B –The Sample Standard Written Agreement will be modified to redact the last sentence when the contract is executed.
