About this file

Addendum No. 1 for RFP No. 2019-56-C is issued by Clovis Community College, addressing modifications to the Bank Depository Services procurement. The addendum updates specifications related to positive pay procedures, clarifying that all checks presented via positive pay without voids must be automatically funded. The college requires the bank to notify them immediately via email about checks over six months old before funding. During a pre-proposal meeting held on April 24, 2019, additional clarifications were provided, including confirmation that the college is not currently requiring full reconciliation on any account and that security cameras are in place at the proposed ATM location near the Business Office.

The addendum includes attachments of merchant statements from January, February, and March 2019, and provides vendors an opportunity to modify their submitted responses if the changes impact their pricing. Vendors are instructed to acknowledge receipt of the addendum on the Respondent Acknowledgement Form and can contact the Clovis Community College Purchasing Department at 575-769-4042 or purchasing@clovis.edu for any questions. The document maintains the original procurement structure while providing specific refinements to the bank depository services requirements.
