About this file
This is Addendum Four issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department for Facilities and Support Services, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration for RFB-116-25 regarding the Repair Concrete Storage Tank project at Greenbo Lake State Resort Park in Greenup, Kentucky. The addendum, dated December 4, 2024, announces two key changes: 1) Additional specifications and drawings will be distributed by Lynn Imaging, and 2) The official bid date has been moved to December 11, 2024 at 1:30 P.M. Eastern Time. The addendum also includes technical clarifications from Connolly Consulting Engineers, notably that test results indicate no PCBs in the to-be-demolished pad mounted transformer.
The addendum provides specific guidance regarding the Radio Based SCADA System, designating that the Systems Integrator subcontracted to the General Contractor will be responsible for design, supply, delivery, certification, calibration, and adjustment of a complete coordinated system. Two approved system integrators are identified for the SCADA system provision and integration: Brian Gatewood from JAGS Environmental and Todd Bennett from CI Thornburg, with their respective contact information provided.
