About this file

This document is an Addendum with Questions and Answers related to Request for Proposal (RFP) Number DS2401 issued by the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources (NeDNR) for "Regional Extreme Precipitation-Frequency Estimation for Nebraska". The RFP is seeking a qualified contractor to provide this service, with proposals due on July 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM Central Time. The successful contractor will be expected to provide/contract with an independent review board to review the data, techniques, and results. NeDNR anticipates two online review board meetings - one early in the project and one at the end. Bidders are allowed to include a budget narrative/justification, including supporting pricing assumptions, with their Cost Proposals. Key project staff should be identified, but other staff can be listed as to be determined.

The RFP does not indicate if this will be an exclusive contract, as the State reserves the right to contract for similar services from other sources. The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or any other financial information.
