About this file

This document is an addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources (NeDNR) for "Regional Extreme Precipitation-Frequency Estimation for Nebraska". The addendum provides answers to questions submitted by potential bidders, which cover topics such as the proposal due date, the independent review board, and the project description and scope of work. NeDNR expects the successful consultant to provide/contract with the independent review board and anticipates two online review board meetings, with the possibility of additional meetings if necessary.

The RFP seeks a qualified contractor to provide the requested services, with the resulting contract potentially not being exclusive. Bidders are allowed to include a budget narrative/justification, including supporting pricing assumptions, with their cost proposals. Unnamed staff (TBD) can be included in the proposal, though the project manager and other key staff members should be identified.
