About this file
This document is an Addendum to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Provisions for a commercial products and services quote submission. The solicitation requires offerors to submit electronic quotes to the Contracting Officer, with specific instructions including providing labor hour rates for line items 0001 and 1001, submitting related experience forms for projects from the past 5 years, including licenses/credentials, CAGE Code, and UEI Number, and maintaining System for Award Management (SAM) registration.
The evaluation methodology focuses on determining the government's confidence level in the offeror's ability to perform the contract requirements. Quotes will be assessed based on technical approach (10-page maximum), price, relative/related experience, and personnel qualifications. Specifically, offerors must submit resumes of proposed Paramedics detailing professional experience, certifications, and work history. The government intends to award a single contract to the quoter providing the best value, with pricing to be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. The confidence levels range from high (little to no government intervention needed) to low (significant doubt about contract performance).
