The solicitation is structured as a fixed-price contract with all costs including personnel, equipment, supplies, insurance, travel, and miscellaneous expenses included in the pricing. The Department reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts. Contractors must be registered with MyFloridaMarketPlace, comply with Florida Department of State registration requirements, and maintain workers' compensation and commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of $100,000 per occurrence and $500,000 aggregate. A one percent transaction fee applies to MyFloridaMarketPlace payments unless the contractor qualifies for exemption. Contracts are contingent upon annual legislative appropriations, and the Department may terminate for lack of funds with twenty-four hours' notice or for cause.
