About this file

This is Addendum #03 to Bid Invitation 18-27 issued by the State of New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services for the procurement of ice and water dispensers. The solicitation concerns the supply of FOLLETT 12C1414A-S ice and water dispenser units for NH Hospital. The original bid closing date was August 17, 2026, with this addendum extending the deadline to August 31, 2026, at 10:30 AM. The addendum addresses eight questions submitted by bidders regarding optional equipment and service configurations, all of which the State has declined. Specifically, the client does not require optional 4-inch legs, wall-mounted water filtration systems, stainless steel base stands, water filter systems within base stands, white-glove delivery and assembly services, or optional cleaning and sanitizing chemicals. The State indicated that existing filtration systems, preventive maintenance schedules, and in-house installation and chemical management capabilities are already in place at the facility.

The addendum clarifies that all changes noted supersede previously submitted documents and must be included with bid submissions. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of the addendum by signing and submitting the respondent information form. The purchasing agent responsible for this procurement is Rhonda Girard, reachable at NH.Purchasing@das.nh.gov. All complete bid documents and addendums are available through the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services Purchasing website at https://das.nh.gov/purchasing/vendorresources.aspx under the Bid and Proposals section.
