About this file
This is Addendum 3 to Bid Invitation 118-26 issued by the State of New Hampshire, Division of Procurement and Support Services, Bureau of Purchase and Property. The addendum addresses four clarification questions submitted by potential bidders regarding the specifications for a 60-inch drum mulcher to be procured for use with a 2016 Volvo MCT 110C skid steer loader. The State provided technical responses confirming that the machine features a high-flow hydraulic unit with one 1/2-inch coupling and two 3/4-inch fittings, and clarified that a 1/2-inch line functions as the case drain. The bid closing date is April 3, 2026, at 1:45 PM Eastern Time. All changes noted in this addendum supersede previously submitted documents and must be included with submitted bids. The purchasing agent for this solicitation is Jonah Rosa, and all other specifications from the original bid solicitation remain unchanged and valid. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum and all other addendums when submitting their proposals.
The State requires all respondents to complete the acknowledgment section of the addendum by providing their business name, address, contact information, and authorized signature before submission. Complete bid documentation and all addendums are available on the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services website. Bids must be submitted via email to NH.Purchasing@DAS.NH.Gov, and questions should be directed to the purchasing agent at NH.Purchasing@das.nh.gov. As noted in the related contract opportunity, award will be made to the single vendor offering the lowest compliant bid, with pricing remaining firm throughout the contract period and quoted on an FOB Destination basis inclusive of delivery and all costs. No set-asides, incumbent restrictions, or special vendor designations apply to this procurement.
