About this file
This document is Addendum 2 for RFP DOS 2026-02, a Request for Proposal issued by the New Hampshire Department of Safety (DOS) for a Crash Data Analysis System. The addendum provides updates to the Business Requirements Document, specifically modifying Attachment 2 to be replaced with Attachment 3. Key changes include revisions to several business requirements, such as removing the 24/7 on-call software maintenance specification, adjusting training requirement language, and correcting numbering in the Public-Facing Dashboard section.
The addendum highlights modifications to technical and business requirements, including the removal of a duplicate technical requirement for Continuous Monitoring (T2.7) and renumbering of dashboard-related specifications from B11.1-B11.6 to B12.1-B12.6. The document emphasizes that all changes in the addendum will supersede previously submitted documents, and bidders must incorporate these updates into their proposals. The addendum maintains that all other specifications remain unchanged and valid, providing clarity on the evolving requirements for the Crash Data Analysis System procurement.
