About this file
This document is an Addendum issued by the State of Maryland Department of General Services regarding a state and local contract opportunity for the Gold Star Family Memorial Infrastructure Improvement project in Annapolis, Maryland. The Addendum addresses a request for adjustment to the temporary facility requirements, specifically the 500 square foot temporary office requirement, which will not be needed as the construction inspections office is in close proximity. The project number is B-450-210-001, and it involves infrastructure improvements in the jurisdictions of Anne Arundel County and the City of Annapolis.
The document also includes a Project RFI from Rainbow Construction Corporation, the contractor, requesting an adjustment to the temporary facility requirements due to the size of the project. The Procurement Officer, Kevin Lambros, has provided a response indicating that the 500 square foot temporary office requirement will be eliminated, as the construction inspections office is in close proximity and would not be used by the Department of General Services.
