About this file

Addendum 1 is a document issued by the City of Ashland for the East and West Forks Project – Bridge Replacement (Project 2018-10a), modifying the original bid solicitation. The addendum extends the bid due date from April 8th to April 22nd, while maintaining the same bid opening location, time, and delivery methods. Bidders are advised to continue monitoring the OregonBuys website for Addendum 2, which will contain additional changes to proposed contract language and scope information. The document also notes that the work site remains available for further inspection, with bidders instructed to provide ample notification to the City if an additional site visit is desired.

The addendum does not provide specific details about pricing, set-asides, or funding sources. It is primarily a procedural communication to inform potential bidders of the extended bid submission deadline and upcoming additional documentation. The focus appears to be on ensuring bidders have the most current information and opportunity to review and prepare their proposals for the bridge replacement project.
