About this file
This is an addendum to a Request for Bids issued by Walworth County, Wisconsin for vehicle graphics services for the Sheriff's Office. The addendum addresses vendor inquiries regarding the scope of work and submission procedures. Walworth County is soliciting bids for vehicle graphics services with a three-year contract period. The project encompasses approximately 15–25 vehicles per year across all three years, including graphics application and vehicle removal services. The bid deadline is 1:00 p.m. on January 29, 2018. Mandatory onsite meetings regarding squad vehicle specifications are required for bidders. Proposals may be submitted via email or fax as outlined in the original Request for Bids document. The work must be performed on-site in the United States, and while companies outside the USA may apply, they must be capable of conducting operations domestically.
The addendum clarifies that bidders are not required to relocate or maintain permanent presence in Walworth County for proposal submission purposes, though attendance at onsite meetings is mandatory. International vendors are permitted to submit bids, provided they can execute the graphics work within the United States. The document does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, or funding sources in the addendum itself. Interested vendors were directed to reference page 4 of the original Request for Bids document for additional submission requirements and terms. The point of contact for vendor inquiries is Nick Cramer, Purchasing Manager, with contact information provided for the Walworth County Central Services Department.
