About this file

This document is an Addendum to Request for Information (RFI) 2023-402 issued by the State of New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services, Bureau of Purchase and Property. The addendum addresses questions regarding the State's request for shop towel and floor mat services. The State is seeking cleaning and servicing of floor mats on a recurring basis, with the intent to always have clean mats in place. Bidders may provide pricing on either the towel services, the mat services, or both. The bid closing date is January 3, 2024 at 11:00 AM.

The pricing structure allows for bidding on just the towel services, just the mat services, or both. The State has indicated that the quantities provided account for a double set of floor mats, as one clean mat will be in use while the other is being cleaned. All changes noted in the addendum will supersede previously submitted documents, and all other specifications remain unchanged.

CONCORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE 03301-6398

Date of Change: December 13, 2023

ADDENDUM # 01 TO RFI INVITATION 2023-402

DATE AND TIME OF BID CLOSING: 1/3/2024 11:00 AM

FOR: SHOP TOWEL AND FLOOR MAT SERVICES

Question 1: Are you looking just to purchase the floor mats or are you requesting that they are cleaned/serviced on a monthly basis?

State Response: The State is seeking services according to the frequency identified in “Attachment 1.”

Question 2: If you need them serviced/cleaned, do the quantities in the attached spreadsheet account for a double set of each mat? A double set is needed, because while one clean mat is down on the floor at your government building, it's double (dirty) counterpart is being cleaned.

State Response: The intent is to always have clean floor mats in place.

Question 3: Do we have to bid on both the Towels and Mats or can we just bid on one and not the other?

State Response: You may provide pricing on section 1 or section 2 or both sections.
