About this file
This document is Addendum #1 for the PCWRA Reuse Reservoir and New Reuse Pump Station project, dated 7/18/2025. The addendum addresses a specific bidding timeline concern, specifically the requirement for a minimum 30-day advertisement period prior to bid opening. In response to a contractor's question about the current 29-day advertisement timeline, the project owners have adjusted the bid due date from Wednesday, 8/13 to Friday, 8/15 to ensure compliance with the full 30-day advertisement requirement.
The addendum demonstrates the project's commitment to fair procurement practices by proactively extending the bid submission deadline to provide contractors sufficient time to prepare and submit their proposals. This adjustment ensures all potential bidders have adequate opportunity to review project specifications, prepare documentation, and submit competitive bids for the reservoir rehabilitation and pump station construction project.

PCWRA Reuse Reservoir and New Reuse Pump Station
Addendum #1 dated 7/18/2025:
• Question 1: Per the specs we need to advertise the project a minimum of 30 days prior to bid opening, which is now 29 days away. As the project was advertised late last night there was not time to get the full 30 days of advertisement. Please confirm if the good faith effort of 29 days is enough, or if the project date can be pushed so that contractors can advertise for a full 30 days.
o Response: Bid due date will be updated from Wednesday 8/13 to Friday 8/15 to provide 30-day advertisement period.
