About this file

This is Addendum 1 to RFP 2026-15 for Naming Rights Marketing & Sponsorship Services issued by the City of Green Bay's Community & Economic Development agency. The addendum provides questions and answers regarding the scope of work for marketing and sponsorship services at the Green Bay Convention Center. Key clarifications indicate that the City currently has no existing sponsorship revenue agreements on file, operates with one staff member dedicated to sponsorship and naming rights sales, and maintains a local email contact list of 3,640 clients supplemented by external mailing lists through Hyatt, CVENT, and subscription-based sales programs. The Convention Center hosted 230 events with 60,227 attendees in 2025, with current 2026 bookings showing 106 events and 38,867 anticipated attendees across social, association, SMERF, corporate, sports, and government market segments. Named spaces currently include the George F. Kress Ballroom, Packer Plaza Courtyard, Riverview rooms, and Grand Ballroom, all with entitlements extending through September 30, 2035. The City does not have existing naming rights valuations, pouring rights agreements, or plans to brand on-site restaurants operated by the Hyatt. Proposals must be submitted by June 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST with questions due by June 1, 2026.

The City will accept proposal submissions through both electronic delivery via DemandStar and traditional mail delivery (one original and three printed copies), with electronic submissions requiring only the proposal document itself. No pre-bid meeting or site inspection is scheduled. The City has indicated openness to developing a separate Convention Center website outside the Discover Green Bay domain and notes that future facility improvements will be guided by a recent property condition analysis from Berners Schober. Approval and execution of sponsorship and advertising agreements require review through the Redevelopment Authority committee. Pricing must be submitted as a fixed, all-inclusive not-to-exceed fee covering all direct and indirect expenses including travel and out-of-pocket costs, with Net 30 payment terms following service delivery and acceptance. No specific budget allocation or award value is identified in the addendum.

Both methods of delivery will be accepted. On electronic submission only the proposal is required, 3 – copies if you’re mailing in your proposal.

· We have been asked the size of the mailing list for the convention center. Please advise and specify the number for an email list and a USPS address list.

We ran some reports of our contact list internally and locally our mailing list is 3,640 client emails. This would NOT include additional reach of mailing lists we utilize outside of our local list including Hyatt, CVENT, and other subscription based sales/prospect programs. Hope this is helpful in what may have been asked image2.png image1.png
