About this file
This addendum document, issued by the Office of State Procurement on behalf of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, modifies the solicitation for a 2026 and 2027 Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) and Human Trafficking Investigations conference venue. The addendum, dated June 25, 2026, addresses a question regarding alternative conference dates and revises the associated price schedules. In response to a bidder inquiry, the State has offered alternative dates for the 2026 conference: October 26-28, November 18-20, and December 9-11; and for the 2027 conference: October 27-29 and November 17-19, in addition to the originally specified dates of November 4-6, 2026, and November 3-5, 2027. The solicitation deadline remains July 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time, and bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by responding to SWIFT Event No. 200018411, Version 2 by the due date.
The addendum replaces the original 2026 and 2027 ICAC and Human Trafficking Price Schedules in their entirety with revised versions titled "2026 ICAC and Human Trafficking Price Schedule - Addendum 1" and "2027 ICAC and Human Trafficking Price Schedule - Addendum 1." Bidders must provide itemized cancellation charges on the revised price schedules, with pricing to remain firm for 180 days from submission. The State will evaluate responses based on acceptance of State terms and conditions (100 points), cancellation policy (100 points), and cost detail (800 points), with additional preference points available for Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, and Veteran-Owned businesses. The resulting contract will be effective from September 1, 2026, through February 29, 2028, with extension options available for up to six additional months.
